Is anyone as pissed about Jordyn Wieber not being able to compete in individual all around finals as I am? That’s just fucking ridiculous. Watching her cry last night broke my heart. It was seriously the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. FUCK YOU WHO EVER CAME UP WITH THE TWO GYMNAST PER COUNTRY RULE! Our third place gymnast is better than 99% of the other country’s top two.

The story behind 'Hold On Till May' by PTV
AP Interviewer: "Hold On Till May" seems pretty heavy too.
Vic Fuentes: I wrote that for a friend of mine. She would tell me stories about how her parents neglected her as a kid. My parents were awesome growing up, I can't imagine what that would have been like. When she was little, she would climp into her neighbor's trees just to see if her parents would notice that she was gone. It really messed her up growing up and still kind of affects her now in her 20s. I wrote "Hold On Till May" to see if she could get any kind of closure on that part of her life. She ended up sending the song to her mom. Her mom didn't know how to respond.
